Why I built CMEBLIND
On dating apps, I never knew how to describe myself.
I’d get “you were noticed” alerts with the faces blurred, then had to pay just to reply.
My matches lived hours away. The few nearby were scams. The chats never got past “how’s your day.”
I didn’t even want to post my photo. What if a coworker saw it?
And in real life, you freeze next to someone you feel a spark with, and they just walk past.
So I built the app I wanted: be known for who you are first.
